We’re seeking a marketing operations professional to support cross-functional planning, campaign execution, and operational excellence across integrated marketing initiatives. This role will help drive end-to-end planning cycles, coordinate stakeholder alignment, manage timelines and deliverables, and support insights-driven decision making across Marketing, Product, Digital, Finance, and Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrated marketing planning cycles, calendars, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Product, Digital, Finance, and Insights teams
- Support campaign launches, readiness planning, and executive reporting
- Facilitate planning meetings, alignment sessions, and governance forums
- Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps, recommending solutions to improve execution
- Maintain and improve planning tools, templates, and operational workflows
- Support analytics and reporting initiatives by integrating insights into marketing planning processes
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, campaign planning, or related fields
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience managing complex timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
