Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work across luxury beauty brands as a passionate beauty advisor on a temporary contract basis for department stores in Newcastle and Surrounding area's. We work with these brands in major retailers such as Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sephora, John Lewis and many more.

As the face of our many, globally recognized, iconic luxury brands it is a must that you provide world-class customer service, tailored to each customer’s individual needs. You will be selling fragrances, Makeup, Skincare and Haircare products from the best beauty brands.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must:

  • Be friendly, outgoing and confident

  • Be dedicated to your love for Beauty and customer relations

  • Have experience working with beauty ( preferred but not essential )

  • Be immaculately presented and well spoken

  • Have the drive to traffic stop and maximize sales

  • Work well in a team and represent the brands values

  • Have an upbeat work ethic

  • Speak excellent English

  • Be available for regular work

  • Preferably have Beauty Counter and fragrance experience however this is not a must

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalised beauty advice and exceptional consultants.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the beauty industry, with a deep knowledge of luxury skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance lines.

  • Provide expert recommendations and drive sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and upselling strategies.

  • Represent the beauty agency and its luxury brands with professionalism, elegance, and confidence.

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client needs and create personalised beauty regimens and solutions.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, promotions, and product launches, ensuring clients have a premium experience.

  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless, positive experience.

  • Ensure the product displays are immaculate and reflect the luxury aesthetic of the brand.

  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship.
