Join a leading beauty agency and represent world-renowned luxury fragrance brands across LIVERPOOL and surrounding areas. As a Luxury Fragrance Advisor, you will be assigned to top department stores and boutiques, delivering exceptional service to clients while driving sales for some of the most prestigious fragrance houses. This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly, gain exposure to multiple brands, and develop your expertise in luxury fragrance retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, engaging, and tailored consultations to clients, guiding them through fragrance selections that meet their individual preferences and lifestyles.
- Confidently represent assigned luxury fragrance brands, sharing product stories and heritage to create an elevated client experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the agency and brand partners.
- Adapt quickly to working with different brands, products, and teams while maintaining professionalism and brand integrity.
- Ensure the fragrance counter or display area is impeccably maintained, fully stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and basic reporting as needed.
