Events Business Services Manager to work within a Leading Tech Company!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Events Business Services Manager to work within a Leading Tech Company!
In this role, you will be a critical business partner for the Marketing team across a variety of campaigns and projects, including corporate events. You will be managing and coordinating the execution of administrative processes in the areas of purchasing (e.g. statements of work, purchase orders, etc) and acting as Marketing\’s point of contact as an expert in navigating the interactions with finance and legal.
Responsibilities:
• Creating drafts and driving all necessary inputs for Statements of Work (contracts) and liaising with Procurement/Legal through their process
• Ensuring timely responses and follow-ups from the internal teams managing legal and compliance and reducing the time it takes to get the contracts finalized
• Managing the risk assessment and compliance processes on behalf of Marketing Managers
• Overseeing budget management, event planning, contract negotiations, and post-event follow-ups for corporate B2B events
Required:
• Project management: track record of independently driving outcomes in complex business environments while collaborating with multiple stakeholders, process-orientation and high attention to detail
• Experience and interest working with finance, legal, compliance functions on behalf of the marketing function
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
This is a 12-month rolling contract.
Fully remote.
Day rate: £192 / equivalent to £50K per annum (pro rata)
