We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join a Premium fashion brand on a 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our ecommerce operations, including product management and trading.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Oversee the online product catalog, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
- Trading: Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies.
- Website Management: Ensure the ecommerce website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions. Work with web developers and designers to implement improvements.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, customer service, and order fulfillment.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior management.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor your assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role.
