Social Media Campaign Manager
Full Time | Hybrid in Greater Boston (2 days onsite)
Our client, a nationally recognized beauty brand, is hiring a Social Media Campaign Manager to lead strategy, planning, and day-to-day execution across all social platforms. This is a full time role offering the opportunity to own high-impact work across a growing digital ecosystem.
You will be responsible for developing and managing social strategies that drive engagement, support product launches, and align with brand priorities. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires someone who is equal parts strategic and hands-on.
What you’ll do
- Own organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook
- Manage weekly and monthly content calendars, working with internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Oversee platform execution and publishing
- Partner with creative and brand teams on campaign timelines, content needs, and platform rollouts
- Track performance and report on key metrics using Dash Hudson or similar tools
- Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities across platforms
- Monitor engagement patterns and escalate key community feedback when needed
What we’re looking for
- 4 to 6 years managing social media for a consumer brand, with experience in skincare or beauty
- Strong background in social strategy, calendar ownership, and execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, brand, and marketing teams
- Proficiency in Dash Hudson or similar analytics and scheduling platforms
- Industry experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care is strongly preferred
- Based in Greater Boston and able to be onsite 2 days per week
Please note: This role requires candidates to already live in the Greater Boston area. Relocation is not offered.
