We're partnering with one of the world's leading technology and logistics organisations to find an experienced Program Manager to support the expansion and optimisation of a large-scale operational network across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure and network projects that directly influence operational performance, customer experience, and long-term growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a portfolio of infrastructure, maintenance, and network optimisation projects.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Real Estate, and Design & Construction teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Building business cases and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Driving process improvements, standardisation, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
  • Managing complex, cross-functional programmes from planning through to delivery.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong Program or Project Management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience working across technical and non-technical teams
  • A data-driven approach to solving complex business challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
