Kitchen Extract Cleaning Supervisor & Operatives – London

Cater Clean 24Seven – Kitchen Extract Cleaning Division We're building a new kitchen extract cleaning team based in or around London, and we're recruiting for two roles: one Supervisor to lead the team and Operatives to work alongside them. Our teams deliver compliant, high-quality extract cleans across commercial kitchens, and every job is owned from start to finish. Kitchen Extract Cleaning Supervisor – £33,800 per annum You'll lead the team on site and take full ownership of each job. * Leading and supervising the cleaning team on site for each job * Taking responsibility for the company van, including its condition, equipment and safe use * Producing accurate, thorough post-clean reports for clients * Keeping clear, proactive communication with the operations and office team throughout each job * Making sure work is completed safely and to standard (TR19-compliant) Kitchen Extract Cleaning Operative – £28,600 per annum You'll work alongside the Supervisor on commercial kitchen extract cleans. * Hands-on cleaning of kitchen extract systems, ductwork, canopies and filters * Working safely at height and in line with site procedures * Supporting the Supervisor with equipment, van care, and job setup and pack-down * Following instructions to complete jobs to a high standard What we're looking for * Supervisor: previous kitchen extract cleaning experience and a full UK driving licence. * Operatives: a reliable, hands-on attitude. Experience is welcome but not essential, as training is provided. * TR19 Grease, NAAD21 or BSEHV11 training or certification is preferable for both roles. * Comfortable working at height and in commercial kitchen environments Hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend overtime available What we offer * Company van (Supervisor) * Pension scheme * Holiday allowance 28 days * Overtime opportunities
