Stock Room Controller – Luxury Brand
We are recruiting for a Stock Room Controller to join a globally recognised luxury brand, based within Selfridges, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual with experience working in a premium retail or luxury environment. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, accurate and well-presented stock operation, supporting the wider boutique team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stock movement, deliveries, transfers and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checks.
- Ensure the stock room is organised, secure and maintained to luxury brand standards.
- Support the sales team with product requests, client orders and daily replenishment.
- Follow all company procedures, security requirements and operational protocols.
- Adhere to strict uniform, grooming and presentation standards at all times.
- Assist with stock takes, audits and investigations into stock discrepancies.
About you
- Previous stock room, operations or back-of-house experience within luxury retail, premium fashion or a high-volume retail environment.
- A strong eye for detail, with a methodical and accurate approach to work.
- Highly organised, reliable and able to prioritise effectively during busy periods.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a wider team.
- Professional, well presented and able to represent a globally recognised luxury brand.
- A clear understanding of the importance of company protocol, confidentiality and security.
