This is a full-time, remote position for a Multi-Skilled Door Engineer. The engineer will conduct the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of entrance systems, including automatic doors, roller shutters, and other security door systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to service calls, troubleshooting and repairing faults, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and providing excellent customer support during site visits.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the installation, servicing, and repair of automatic doors, roller shutters, and other security entrance systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electronic systems
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize relevant tools and equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards and procedures; certification in relevant fields (e.g., EN16005) is a plus
