Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance. Due to increased demand on the electrics side of the business we need a self-employed electrician that we can send jobs on a daily basis as they come in. They will generally be emergency in nature such as power cuts or fuse boxes.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs and concerns.
- Install and maintain fuseboxes etc
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any relevant customer interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence is required for this position to travel between job sites.
