Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance. Due to increased demand on the electrics side of the business we need a self-employed electrician that we can send jobs on a daily basis as they come in. They will generally be emergency in nature such as power cuts or fuse boxes.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs and concerns.
  • Install and maintain fuseboxes etc
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any relevant customer interactions.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • A valid driving licence is required for this position to travel between job sites.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Β£15.00-Β£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 50 per week
