Role and Responsibilities:

  • Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres.
  • Work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company.
  • Quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and key people at the establishments they attend.
  • Assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, including cars, 8 seat people carriers, and large wheelchair accessible vehicles.
  • Be patient and empathic with passengers, keeping them occupied and comfortable on journeys.

Requirements:

  • Pass an enhanced criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons, and/or vulnerable adults.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • First Aid Training - and willing to undergo advanced specialist medical training.
