Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse and production environment in Wisbech. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and warehouse experience. Candidates must hold a valid, in-date Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Bendi licence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure daily targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team within a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
- Ensure daily productivity and operational targets are met
- Monitor quality standards and maintain health & safety procedures
- Allocate workloads and provide guidance to team members
- Operate warehouse equipment when required
- Support with stock movement, pallet handling, and general warehouse duties
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Team Leader or management experience essential
- Valid and in-date Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Bendi licence required
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example
