Job Title: Multi-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator FTC 12 months
Location: (Liverpool, Runcorn and Skelmersdale – WA12 ) Regional travel required across 3 sites Own vehicle required.
Salary: £13.50-14.50 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator to oversee and drive the operational success of our recruitment contracts across multiple client sites. In this high-impact leadership role, you will act as the primary strategic and operational bridge between our client stakeholders and key recruitment delivery teams. You will ensure seamless high-volume staffing delivery, maintain strict compliance standards, and lead on-site account teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Account & Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders; deliver regular KPI reviews, SLAs, and strategic workforce planning.
- Multi-Site Leadership: Manager operational problems over multiple locations.
- Delivery & Fulfillment: Ensure high-volume temporary/contract recruitment targets are consistently met across all shift patterns and operational peaks.
- Compliance & Auditing: Oversee right-to-work, agency worker regulations (AWR), health and safety, and labor law compliance across all managed sites.
- Commercial Growth: Monitor account profitability, control operational expenditure, and identify continuous improvement and account expansion opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record within recruitment
- Industry Focus: Strong background in high-volume industrial, logistics, warehousing, or commercial recruitment operations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and inspire geographically dispersed teams.
- Commercial Acumen: Sound understanding of P&L management, recruitment KPIs, and strategic account growth.
- Mobility: Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel regularly across assigned regional sites.
