Job Overview:
- Own the Purchase Order (PO) process:
- Maintain weekly PO logs, raise and amend POs via finance portal, provide feedback and guidance to operational teams
- Manage procurement activities for the Control Tower
- Support budget tracking for engagement initiatives
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience working with finance, procurement, or PO processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Advanced PowerPoint skills; competent in Excel
