Job Overview:
- To manage vendor queries and drive vendor and customer satisfaction.
- Provide effective and constructive communication and timely information provision with all involved parties.
- Management of communications and queries via Email, telephone and Teams.
- Basic general administrative duties.
- Inputting data into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supporting transport operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.
- Supporting the Line Manager with day-to-day operational matters.
- Responding to urgent operational matters as required and escalating issues to the appropriate person and supporting investigations.
- Supporting the delivery of successful customer and service performance (KPIs).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
- Strong Administration skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills β Verbal and written.
- Confident engaging with colleagues within various teams, including the direct customer.
- Resolve issues and manage conflict in a calm and confident manner.
- Ability to work within a pressured environment.
