Recruitment Administrator – Kegworth (DE74) – East Midlands Gateway
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our on-site team, primarily based at East Midlands Gateway, Kegworth (DE74).
Working between the office and warehouse floor, the successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident prioritising tasks under pressure and working on your own initiative while supporting the day-to-day recruitment and administration of the on-site operation.
Shift & Pay Information
- Monday to Friday – Office hours (some later starts may be required depending on operational needs)
- Weekend cover as and when required
Pay: Starting from £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties of a Recruitment Administrator
- Ensure operational staffing requirements are fulfilled on-site.
- Support all aspects of the recruitment process, including contacting applicants, registering new candidates, conducting interviews, completing compliance checks, and preparing candidates for their assignments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Attend regular meetings with the client to understand and plan recruitment requirements.
- Liaise with the 24-7 management team and site management to ensure excellent service levels and operational targets are achieved.
- Support absence management, including return-to-work interviews and attendance monitoring.
- Promote and maintain compliance with site Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with your line manager.
- Ensure all recruitment and administrative processes comply with company policies and relevant legislation.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience within an industrial, warehouse or transport environment is essential.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Own transport is beneficial due to the site location.
