Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator, who will be responsible for supporting admin duties in the warehouse environment. Primary duties include:
- Manage warehouse administration and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) – preferably Red Prairie or JDA or Oracle
- Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner
- Process stock and warehouse transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Support general warehouse operations when required
- Assist with transport administration tasks as needed
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
