The Role
We are seeking a high-energy Recruitment Coordinator for this fully on-site role based in Milton Keynes. You will manage our end-to-end onboarding process, taking candidates from initial phone contact and registration through to compliance, hiring, and workplace induction.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone & Outreach: Contact applicants, screen candidates, and book registration appointments.
- Registrations & Compliance: Conduct in-person registrations and manage right-to-work checks, referencing, and compliance files using our internal systems.
- Onboarding & Inductions: Guide workers from the hiring stage through to successful shift inductions.
- Payroll Support: Learn and utilize payroll systems to help process weekly pay for the workforce.
- Operational Support: Thrive in a high-pressure environment, assisting the team during peak periods.
Requirements
- Location: Ability to work fully on-site in Milton Keynes.
- Essential: Full UK driving license and own reliable vehicle.
- Experience: Previous recruitment experience is preferred, though not essential as full training is provided.
- Tech Skills: Good computer skills, strong Microsoft proficiency, and a willingness to learn new recruitment and payroll systems quickly.
- Personal Attributes: Confident telephone manner, meticulous attention to detail, and a resilient, positive attitude.
- Flexibility: Primarily Monday to Friday (08:00–16:00), with occasional flexibility required for early shifts (05:00–13:00) or short night-shift support.
