Location: Milton Keynes, MK4

We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Operative to join our high performing team. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that bridges the gap between the warehouse floor and the office. You will be an integral part of our inventory management, ensuring accuracy across both our physical stock and our digital records.

Shifts & Pay: Monday – Friday 07:00-15:00 £14.47 per hour (Rising to £15.47 after VNA certification)

The Role:

  • On the Floor: You will be active on the warehouse floor, using pump trucks to move pallets, scanning items for accuracy, and performing manual order picking.
  • At Height: You will be relied upon to use VNA trucks to retrieve stock, conduct counts, and manage inventory at height.
  • At the Desk: You will manage the digital side of the warehouse, using your technical skillset to ensure our records match the physical stock.

Requirements:

  • Excel Expert: You must be proficient with XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. You’ll be responsible for gathering complex information and sending reports to the Inventory Manager.
  • Warehouse Savvy: Comfortable using scanners, operating pump trucks, and handling the physical demands of a busy warehouse environment.
  • Eager to Level Up: You don’t need a VNA license to start, but you must have a willingness to learn. We will provide the training.
  • Team Player: We are looking for someone to join our already sufficient team and help improve our current processes.
