An exciting new position has opened for an Advanced Recycling Operative to join a unique waste management process advancing the circular economy for plastics. Based in a department that has received significant investment to revolutionise the PE recycling industry, the main focus of this role is the operation of the infeed grinder and pelletisation machines.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Machine Operation: Primary operation of the infeed grinder and pelletisation machines.
- Process Management: Ensure compliance, optimisation, and accurate recording of all inputs and outputs across the grinding and pelletisation processes.
- Quality and Compliance: Maintain strict product compliance traceability to auditable standards at all times.
Shift Pattern
Continental Shifts: 2 x 12 hour days, followed by 2 x 12 hour nights, with 4 days off.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a factory environment.
