24-7 Recruitment Services are hiring experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of our client in Livingston. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business offering long-term, ongoing work, modern vehicles, and great pay rates.
You must be comfortable with heavy lifting and have previous Class 1 driving experience.
- Valid Class 1 / C+E Licence
- Minimum of 1 year HGV class 1 driving experience
- Driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle
- Handballing will be involved with multi-drop deliveries
- Goods will either be in cages and rolled off or FLT/Pump trucked off
- Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability.
- Stay in regular communication with the transport team to provide updates on your progress and ensure our customers' expectations are met.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Shift Pattern and Pay for HGV Class 1 driver:
- Day shift, starts between 04:00am to 06:00am
- Any 5 of 7 days per week
- Shift duration: £16.71 per hour plus £50 per week attendance bonus
