We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to provide holiday cover at a busy site in Louth. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and well organised, as you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be working independently on the reception desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Booking visitors in and out of the site
- Ensuring visitor inductions are completed
- Distributing uniforms and PPE to employees
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Arranging post and courier collections
- Coordinating meeting room bookings
- Distributing office supplies and stationery
