Class 1 HGV driver *at least 6 months of road experience on Class 1 required* 24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for Class 1 drivers on behalf of our client for a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, a major retailer based in Severn Beach, Bristol (BS35 4DF). Our customers require deliveries during the night; therefore, shifts are expected to start between 00:00-02:00 , and manual handling will be required at all collection and delivery points. Shift lengths will be determined by needs, capacity, and schedules, meaning that drivers will need to have some flexibility with shift start and finish times. Shift lengths do vary, but you are expected to comply with all Tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations at all times. A Class 1 HGV driver will require: Hold a valid Class 1 / C E License No more than 6 points (No DD\’s, DR\’s, TT\’s or IN\’s) Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards At least 6 months of road experience on HGV required!
