24-7 Recruitment Services Ltd are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers with a minimum of 6 months experience. Hourly pay between £19 Weekdays, £20 Saturdays, £22 Sundays and £22.50 Overtime per hour working easy flexible hours. Wide variety of contracts great for relatively new drivers to gain more experience. Typically, your shift pattern can start from 3am or 6am or lates 4pm or 7pm. You are always guaranteed to be paid your 8 hours. Full site induction provided on completion of assessment. About You:
- You will have held your Class 1 for a minimum of 3 months
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences
- 3 months experience essential
- Looking for flexibility and variation

General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Completing all relevant paperwork for deliveries, trunking, delivering between 1 - 5 drops, delivering a mixture of pallets, totes or cages to large department stores. The stock can vary from everyday household items to clothing to furniture.
- Ensuring daily vehicle checks and defect reports are completed
- Liaising with your line manager to communicate any issues relevant to the work you have been allocated
- Adhering to all relevant road traffic and working time regulations
- Maintaining accurate driving hours, working time and rest period/break records using the appropriate method (Digi/analogue tachograph)
