Overview
CLASS 2 HGV DRIVERS
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV drivers for a well known client based in the Crick area (NN6) – multinational clothing, footwear and home products retailer.
The client in question is a very reputable high-street name dealing with clothing and furniture. They are a very friendly place for any new pass Class 2 HGV drivers to start their career or even progress within the business.
Responsibilities
- Home delivery of furniture
- Some furniture assembly work will be required (as and when required)
- All routes are double manned with a drivers mate
- Drivers will be supported on all deliveries with a drivers mate
Requirements / Qualifications
- Hold valid a Class 2 / C License
- No more than 6 points (No DD\\\’s, DR\\\’s, TT\\\’s or IN\\\’s)
- Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
- Immediate starts available
- Working 4on 2off shift pattern including weekends
- Must be presentable in appearance
- Professional manner as customer facing
- Class 2 driver will undergo 2 days training prior to commencing work
Pay
PAYE rates for Class 2 HGV driver:
£17.03 per hour
Benefits
- Weekly Pay – Every Friday
- 28 days accrued annual leave per annum (roughly 2.5 days a month)
- Online payslips
- On-going assignments
