We are looking for a motivated Administrator to join our team in Carlisle (CA6 area). This varied role combines administrative support with candidate training and recruitment assistance, making it ideal for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and confident using technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing admin support for the recruitment and onboarding of new drivers (mostly self-employed).
  • Training new starters on how to use the delivery app.
  • Sending and managing starter documents for the driver set-up team.
  • Assisting with recruitment tasks including contacting candidates and arranging training sessions.
  • Ensuring accurate records are kept and all compliance processes are followed.
  • Supporting wider operational and office duties as required.

About you:

  • Previous administration experience is preferred.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable delivering training in person and supporting others with technology.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
