HGV Class 2 Driver – Avonmouth / Severn Beach 24-7 Recruitment Services, acting as an Employment Business, are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client in Avonmouth , Severn Beach.
This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity with one of the UK's leading companies.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months' Class 2 driving experience – essential
Valid Class 2 / C licence
Maximum 6 points on licence
No DD, DR, TT or IN endorsements
Valid Tacho and CPC cards
Flexibility to work on different contracts, including store deliveries, trunking and collections
Successful completion of an assessment and 3-day induction
Induction is paid
Shift Patterns:
Any 5 out of 7
4 on / 4 off
5 on / 2 off
Sunday to Thursday
Tuesday to Saturday
Weekends only
Shift Times:
Days: start times between 03:00–08:00
Nights: start times between 17:00–21:00
Pay – PAYE Dynamic Rates:
Weekdays: £19.23 per hour
Weekends: £24.04 per hour
Night rate (21:00–02:59): £21.54 per hour
8 hours guaranteed per day
