Transport Administrator 24-7 Recruitment Services, acting as an Employment Business, is currently recruiting for an experienced De-brief Clerk on behalf of our client in Burton on Trent (DE14). We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment; the ability to multitask is a must! You will be working for one of the biggest employers in the area.

Shift start time: 14:00 - 22:00 Monday – Friday

Pay rate: £12.84

We are seeking a well-organised, reliable, and detail-focused individual who can work independently while supporting a busy transport team. Previous experience in Logistics and Supply chain is essential.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience working in a busy transport or warehouse operation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT and administration skills
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the transport team
  • Manage filing of operational paperwork, including manifests, defect sheets, and PODs.
  • Support the Shift Manager with operational administration including answering phones, conducting driver checks, issuing paperwork, and updating systems.
  • Assist with resource planning, fleet monitoring, and operational reporting as required.

This position is commutable from: Burton on Trent, Swadlincote, Stretton, Derby, Lichfield, Repton, Newhall.
