Shift and Pay Information for Production Operative: Monday to Friday Weekend availability £12.94 per hour What you’ll be doing as a Team Leader based in Butterwick: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of hatchery operatives. Ensure optimal incubation and hatching conditions, monitoring temperature, humidity, and ventilation. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain accurate records of hatchery production, including egg handling, incubation data, and chick quality. Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease and ensure the health of hatchlings. Collaborate with management to develop and improve hatchery processes and productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
