HGV Class 1 driver
*MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE ON CLASS 1 IS A MUST HAVE*
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 driver on behalf of our client in Birmingham.
We require HGV Class 1 driver to work on an ongoing basis. Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods from depot to depot. It is an Automotive industry work with some general haulage work. Your day will generally consist of up to 3-4 drops per day.
HGV Class 1 driver will require:
Hold valid a Class 1 / C+E License
No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Must be able to start from multiple sites - Hams Hall, Solihull, Castle Bromwich, Wolverhampton
One day paid assessment to be completed prior starting
HGV Class 1 driver work will involve:

Long term ongoing position
Immediate start available
No manual handling involved
PM shifts - start times between 15:00 - 21:00
AM shifts - start times between 05:00 - 10:00
Drivers are required to provide 3-4 hours start time window
HGV Class 1 driver will receive:
PAYE Dynamic rates first 12 months
Day Rate - £16.68
OT after 8 Hours Days – £25.02
Night Rate (18:00 to 06:00) - £20.85
Night rate OT after 8 hours (18:00 to 06:00) - £29.19
Saturday – until midday is £24.53, after midday £29.43
Sunday - £29.43
9 hours guaranteed per day
PAYE Dynamic rates after 12 months
Day Rate - £19.62
OT after 8 Hours Days – £29.43
Night Rate (18:00 to 06:00) - £24.53
Night rate OT after 8 hours (18:00 to 06:00) - £34.34
Saturday – until midday is £29.43, after midday £39.24
Sunday - £39.24
9 hours guaranteed per day
