About the Role

247 Exceptional Care Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Hull. You will provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Assist with medication in line with care plans and company policies.
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light household tasks.
  • Promote independence and encourage community participation.
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
