Flexible Home Care Support Worker

247 Exceptional Care Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Hull. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults in their own homes and within the community, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication support, nutrition, daily tasks, companionship, and assisting with appointments. Driving licence and DBS checks may be required depending on the care package and location.
