## About the Role
247 Exceptional Care Ltd is looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Hull. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults in their own homes and within the community, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
## Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care and support to service users.
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting where required.
- Supporting with medication in accordance with care plans and company procedures.
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration.
- Supporting service users with household tasks and daily routines.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments or activities.
- Following individual care plans and risk assessments.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential care records.
- Reporting any concerns or changes in a service user's condition to the appropriate person.
- Working in accordance with safeguarding, health and safety and infection-control procedures.
## Essential Requirements
- Previous care or support work experience is desirable.
- A caring, compassionate and respectful attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional approach.
- Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and person-centred care.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to complete required training and DBS checks.
