Our client is currently seeking an Account Manager to support the ongoing delivery of client service and logistics-related processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a competent, personable, and organised individual to support Senior Account Managers. Previous experience in all of the responsibilities listed below is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting client service processes, including returns management and reporting
  • Using order processing systems and software
  • Booking and distributing orders to major retailers
  • Liaising with clients as required and managing requests through to resolution
  • Providing excellent client support throughout the order journey via the WMS system
  • Resolving client queries via email and telephone
  • Using courier portals to generate AWB labels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Categorising and managing email enquiries
  • Receiving, processing, and communicating client requests
  • Working closely with Account Managers, Client Services, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operational processes and clear communication across the business
