Stock Controller
We are looking for an organised, methodical and detail-focused Stock Controller to join our client’s team.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock movements and ensuring inventory is properly controlled and traceable. You’ll work closely with Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, Sales and Compliance teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring stock movements, warehouse transactions and customer inventory
- Completing regular stock counts, reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Producing stock reports and providing accurate inventory information
- Checking incoming goods and production stock
- Managing stock-related Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Maintaining accurate delivery, intake and traceability records
- Monitoring consumable stock levels and reporting shortages
- Responding to stock queries from customers and internal teams
- Ensuring documentation and records are accurate and audit-ready
- Supporting company quality, safety and traceability procedures
- Identifying opportunities to improve stock control and processes
- On occasion you may be asked to assist with packing duties on the line (during quieter times)
About you:
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse administration or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills and confident using Google Workspace and SharePoint
- Highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail
- Good at investigating discrepancies and solving problems
- Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident communicating with different departments and customers
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
7.45am - 4.30pm
Occasional Saturday and overtime may be offered
Free car parking on site.
