We tackle climate change, fight inequality, drive blood donations and more, working through paid, owned and earned channels and trusted voices such as media, partners or influencers.
Purpose of the role
This role builds foundational experience in new business. As a New Business Executive you will support the New Business Manager, keep the pipeline active, organised and responsive, and develop the skills and confidence to take on greater ownership of opportunities over time. It is a fast‑paced, hands‑on junior role ideal for recent agency experience (internship to 6 months) or a marketing background.
What will you be doing?
- Admin & Process Support: Provide general administrative support and improve efficiency within the new business function.
- Pitch Coordination Assistance: Support the New Business Manager and pitch teams on live opportunities, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, tracking deadlines and ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of opportunities, contacts and activity within CRM systems and internal trackers.
- Agency Collateral: Keep case studies, credentials decks and boilerplate content current and high‑quality.
- Marketing Support: Assist the new business and marketing teams with agency updates, social channel promotion, event planning, and coordinating agency award entries.
- Intermediary & Network Support: Maintain relationships with key intermediaries and contacts, ensuring visibility and responsiveness.
- Opportunity Monitoring & Research: Track new business portals, industry sources and inbound enquiries to identify potential opportunities.
- Lead Qualification Support: Aid early‑stage qualification of opportunities by gathering key information to determine alignment with agency strengths and priorities.
