Purpose of the role This role is designed to build strong foundational experience in new business. The New Business Executive will play a vital supporting role within the agency's new business function, keeping the pipeline active, organised, and responsive. Working closely with the New Business Manager, you will support the delivery of the agency's growth strategy by assisting with day–to–day new business and prospecting activity, ensuring no opportunity is missed. It is a hands–on, fast–paced role ideal for someone starting a career in new business, marketing, or agency environments, who brings energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. It is a junior role for someone with recent agency experience (internship to 6 months) in a creative, social, PR or marketing agency environment. What will you be doing? Admin & Process Support Provide general administrative support to the new business function, improving efficiency and ensuring best practices are followed. Liaise with account teams as needed. Pitch Coordination Assistance Support the New Business Manager and pitch teams on live opportunities by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth internal communication. Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up–to–date records of opportunities, contacts, and activity within CRM systems and internal trackers, ensuring strong visibility across the team. Agency Collateral Assist in keeping case studies, credentials decks, and boilerplate content up to date, ensuring the team has high–quality materials ready to share. Marketing Support Support the new business and marketing teams with agency updates to keep contacts informed and promote agency activity across social channels; assist in planning and coordinating events and agency award entries. Intermediary & Network Support Help maintain relationships with key intermediaries and contacts (e.g., online platforms, procurement contacts), ensuring the agency stays visible and responsive. Opportunity Monitoring & Research Regularly track new business portals, industry sources, and inbound enquiries to identify potential opportunities. Lead Qualification Support Assist in the early‒stage qualification of opportunities by gathering key information to determine alignment with agency strengths and priorities.
