23red is a purpose-driven creative agency. We develop brands and campaigns that change behaviour for the better and have a positive impact on people's lives. Whether it is tackling climate change, fighting inequality, or driving blood donations, we take pride in developing brands and campaigns that make a real difference to society. We are experts in crafting creative campaigns that cut through and engage, delivering them through paid, owned and earned channels, frequently working through the trusted voices of media, partners, or influencers.
Our people are motivated by the impact of our work and we have clear values, each underpinned by a set of behaviours: Collaborative, Curious, Creative, Caring and Clever. We are part of Capgemini Invent globally, aligned to Frog in the UK – and whilst we operate as a separate brand, we have the benefit of being part of a powerful network.
We are looking for a detail-driven, enthusiastic, and collaborative Junior Artworker to join our creative department and play a vital role in helping great work come to life. Our creative team is full of ideas and ambition, and this role sits at the heart of the delivery process, supporting designers, producers, and creatives to ensure artwork is accurate, on-brand, and production-ready across print, digital, and social channels. You will help turn creative ideas into polished final assets, ensuring everything is delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and energising creative environment, working closely with designers, creative teams, account teams, and production teams. The role offers great exposure to a wide range of projects, including print, digital, social, and occasionally motion-led work, making it an excellent opportunity to build strong technical skills within a fast-paced creative team.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop, who understands the importance of detail and craft, and who takes pride in producing accurate, well-finished work. You will be supported by more senior team members, but also encouraged to take ownership of tasks, manage amendments confidently, and contribute positively to how work is delivered. We want someone who is eager to grow with us, developing their technical ability, understanding of production processes, and confidence over time. You will be encouraged to stay curious about new tools, emerging techniques, and the evolving role of technology and AI in creative production.
You are likely to be organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate. You care about quality and consistency, enjoy working as part of a team and see yourself as an important part of the creative process.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Support the in-house production, design, and creative teams across all aspects of artwork delivery.
- Prepare artwork for print, digital, and social production across a range of projects.
- Adapt, resize, and version creative assets for different formats, platforms, and specifications.
- Apply accurate layouts, typography, and image adjustments to existing artwork files.
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables by following established brand guidelines.
- Prepare files for final output, including correct bleed, crop marks, colour profiles, and technical specifications.
- Manage artwork amendments and version updates efficiently and accurately.
- Support the delivery of social and digital content, adapting assets to suit different channels and formats.
- Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, resource teams, and production teams to meet deadlines.
- Organise, maintain, and update artwork files, templates, and digital asset libraries.
WHAT WOULD REALLY MAKE YOU STAND OUT AS A CANDIDATE?
- Attention to detail and accuracy: Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to producing accurate, well-finished artwork. Takes pride in getting the basics right and spotting potential issues before final output facing documents and presentations.
- Technical Artwork Skills: Good understanding of artwork production processes for print and digital. Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to support day-to-day artwork tasks.
- Organisation and time management: Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising work with guidance from more senior team members.
YOU KNOW YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE
- Creativity: inspire and direct brilliant work from creatives. Unexpected strategic thinking that provokes imaginative and effective creative solutions to business problems.
- Collaboration: an independent thinker that thrives when working together with clients and colleagues. A sounding board and trusted voice for both.
- Cleverness: striving to be the best at your role but also showing emotional intelligence and ability to navigate challenging conversations.
- Curiosity: about why and how people think. Never settling for mundane or obvious.
- Caring: about the impact our work can have, doing business sustainably and continuing to work better.
