Purpose of the role

A natural client manager, you will be an ambassador for 23red who can articulate the agency’s history, philosophy, approach and tools to clients while consistently seeking out new and exciting opportunities for the agency. You will amplify campaign messages by identifying and building productive partnerships with like‑minded organisations. You will build your understanding of, and expertise in Partnerships Marketing. (Ideally you will have some experience of building partnerships but if you have the aptitude, transferrable skills and interest, we would still love to hear from you!) You will support the delivery of large‑scale integrated campaigns.

A polished project manager, you will be highly organised, task driven and brilliant at imparting knowledge across the agency to ensure everyone is working to a common goal in a collaborative and client‑centered fashion. Central to all activity on your clients, you will help ensure the wider team are kept up to date on all developments. In turn, you will always seek insightful and engaging answers to client queries that demonstrate agency collaboration.

Commercially astute, you will always have an eye on the bigger picture to help identify new opportunities within your named clients. You will also be keen to impart your knowledge of the creative process with your clients to scope out mutually agreeable deliverables.
