23red is a purpose-driven creative agency. We develop brands and campaigns that change behaviour for the better and have a positive impact on people’s lives. Whether it’s tackling climate change, fighting inequality, or driving blood donations, we take pride in developing brands and campaigns that make a real difference to society. We are experts in crafting creative campaigns that cut through and engage, delivering them through paid, owned and earned channels, frequently working through the trusted voices of media, partners, or influencers. Our people are motivated by the impact of our work, and we have clear values, each underpinned by a set of behaviours: Collaborative, Curious, Creative, Clever and Caring. We’re part of Capgemini Invent globally, aligned to Frog in the United Kingdom – and whilst we operate as a separate brand, we have the benefit of being part of a network.

You will be fully responsible for fostering trust and building agency credibility with your stakeholders. Overseeing the overall development and implementation of key strategic solutions for your clients, you will be comfortable with leading a truly consultative agency approach that challenges a brief and inspires your clients. As a more senior member of the team, you will also have exceptional positivity and demonstrate an inspiring, nurturing, and engaging approach to people across the project team. Partnerships experience is key for this role, alongside experience in delivering large scale integrated accounts. You’ll need to be able to think strategically and creatively about how you can partner a brand and an organisation together to reach an audience and amplify campaign messages. A natural client manager, you will be confident with leading from the front and pulling together project teams which could consist of experts from creative, PR and social media. An overarching knowledge of these disciplines will therefore be hugely beneficial. You will deliver large scale integrated accounts including paid and partnerships. In line with the overall delivery, you will also demonstrate exceptional project management skills to develop creative campaigns with and for partners. This may include the development of creative concepts and overseeing production. A polished presenter you will be confident with writing and presenting engaging and thought-provoking brief responses to clients. An adept people manager, you will be comfortable with driving the output of the project team in an inspiring way to foster the best client servicing, strategic output and creative briefs and ideas. In doing this you will be equally motivated by being involved and prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. With an outward looking, team approach, you are keen to develop those around you and will play an active role in mentoring and nurturing the talent of junior members of the team. Commercially astute, you will always have an eye on the bigger picture and be comfortable scoping out relevant client targets and deliverables to ensure objectives are met. Working in partnership with your Business Director you will be integral to the overall delivery of annual business development plans to deliver against targets, driving both income and profitability. You will take financial responsibility for your client accounts, pulling together scopes of work and having oversight of the financial forecast of clients.

The right candidate will have:

  • Proven track record of building partnerships to amplify campaign messages
  • Experience in delivering large scale integrated accounts including paid and partnerships.
  • Communication skills - you will excel in all types of communication and at all levels with clients and internally. • Management skills - you will listen actively and use your coaching skills to help develop more junior team members. You'll understand how to motivate your teams.
  • Organisation skills - you’ll be adept at managing your time efficiently and prioritising work effectively, delegating where appropriate, and finding solutions when issues arise.
  • Research and analysis skills - you’ll be able to build evaluation and valuation (where appropriate) into the core of your campaigns, and shape research requirements and methodologies.
  • Numeracy skills – you’ll understand how an agency makes money and will be able to apply that understanding to the management of day-to-day accounts to ensure financial decisions are made to the benefit of the agency.
  • IT skills - you’ll be adept at using MS Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Paprika.
