Experienced Cocktail Bartender – Late Nights (Shoreditch, London)

Location: 23 Paul Street, Shoreditch

Pay: £18/hour + average £850/month in tips

Schedule: 4 shifts a week, always having 2 consecutive days off, club is always closed on a Sunday. (late nights, finishes up to 6:30am)

We’re looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our late-night team. You must know all the classics, be fast, efficient, professional, and able to keep a clean bar station throughout a long shift. Some nights you’ll be the main bartender, other nights you’ll work as support.

You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team in a busy adult nightlife venue. The role requires confidence, friendliness, respect, and being comfortable working in an environment with nudity.

What we offer

  • £18 per hour
  • Average tips of ~£850 per month (non-contractual, based on current staff)
  • Four shifts per week always having 2 consecutive days off, club is always closed on a Sunday
  • Paid trial shift (12 hours, invoiced)
