Store Manager Salary – From £28,500 per annum

We Are Looking For:
- An Assistant Manager or Store Manager with a background in retail/hospitality.
- A passion for providing world-class customer service with ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
- Team development skills and proven coaching experience to coach our Baristas, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers to be the best they can be.
- Effective communication skills that allow you to lead and direct your team of Baristas, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers.
- Proven track record in back-office processes such as labour, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering and stock counts, with an ability to work towards budgets to achieve outstanding results through your team.
