23.5 Degrees are recruiting for a Senior Assistant Manager. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Leading and developing a team, driving operational excellence to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store, providing guidance and support to the team, and ensuring that standards are met consistently. You will be responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and efficient experience.
