Your tasks will involve:

  • Making speciality drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
  • Serving customers and making world-class connections with them
  • “Making every moment right” for all our customers.
  • Work with your team to ensure that everywhere is clean, and tidy and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly.
  • Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in coffee preparation techniques.
