Salary: From £25,000 per annum (pro-rated for part-time roles)

Tasks Will Involve:
- Using your initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and all our customers leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service provided.
- Leading and motivating the team and delegating responsibility.
- Managing the store in the manager’s absence.
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating the team to achieve amazing results and delegating tasks.
- Working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Assisting with training new partners (employees) and welcoming them into the team.
