How You Can Make an Impact:

  • Plan, manage and scale paid UA campaigns across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Tiktok and mDSPs.
  • Support the User Acquisition Lead in crafting and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies.
  • Hit revenue growth targets within ROAS goals, while managing seven‑figure campaign budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams to produce unique advertising content.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to fully leverage platform capabilities and stay ahead of new features and best practices.
  • Champion innovative ideas, coordinate with stakeholders to bring these ideas to life effectively.
  • Execute, optimize, analyze and report on campaign performance across digital ad platforms.
  • Gain expertise in the North American gambling market while collaborating with a diverse team of experts.

We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on mobile marketing platforms (Google, Apple Search, Meta, TikTok, Moloco, Liftoff).
  • Strong analytics and reporting skill set.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing performance marketing strategies, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Very good spoken and written command of the English language.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the gambling industry will be considered a plus.

Experience with the following is an advantage:

  • Adjust or AppsFlyer; Managing 7 figure monthly budgets.
