23.5 Degrees are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivational Store Manager to join our team. We are Starbucks’ first ever UK franchised partner with 101 retail coffee stores.   • Team development skills and proven coaching experience to coach our Baristas, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers to be the best they can be.

  • Effective communication skills that allow you to lead and direct your team of Baristas, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers.

  • Proven track record in back-office processes such as labour, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering and stock counts, with an ability to work towards budgets to achieve outstanding results through your team.

Store Manager Salary – From £28,500 per annum
