The Company: At 22live, we deliver world-class professional audio solutions to some of the UK's biggest live events, festivals, concerts, theatres and corporate productions. We're looking for a Logistics & Audio Assistant to join our growing team. This is much more than a driving role. You'll be trusted with transporting, preparing and handling high-value professional audio equipment, ensuring it reaches our clients safely, on time and in perfect condition. The Role: Working closely with our warehouse, project and sales teams, you will:

  • Prepare, check and safely load professional audio equipment for dispatch.
  • Deliver and collect equipment from venues and client sites throughout the UK.
  • Secure equipment correctly during transport and handle it with care.
  • Carry out vehicle checks and maintain clean, professional vehicles.
  • Assist with equipment preparation, testing and warehouse operations when not on the road.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, venues and production teams through professional, reliable service.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records.
  • Occasionally support on-site logistics where required.

About You: We're looking for someone who is:

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Aged 25 or over (insurance requirements).
  • Experience driving long-wheelbase vans.
  • Experience handling professional audio, AV or live event equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends when projects require.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the live events industry.
  • Knowledge of professional audio systems and equipment.
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training).
