2210 by NattyCanCook is looking for a passionate, experienced and driven Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team. Launched as an exciting new dining concept in London, 2210 has already made a huge impact on the food scene being added to the Michelin Guide within just 5 months of opening and recently named one of Condé Nast Traveller’s Top New Restaurants 2026. Led by Nathaniel “NattyCanCook” Mortley, the restaurant is built around bold flavours, storytelling through food and creating experiences that bring people together. Natty’s mission is to push Caribbean and multicultural dining forward in a modern and elevated way, while keeping warmth, culture and community at the heart of everything we do.
We are now looking for a Sous Chef with a strong fine dining background and Michelin standard experience who is excited to be part of a fast growing, ambitious restaurant.
Requirements & Qualifications- Minimum 7+ years professional kitchen experience
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining or Michelin-level kitchen
- Strong understanding of Michelin standards, high level service and kitchen discipline
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations
- Passion for creativity, flavour and hospitality
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the business
- Supporting day to day kitchen operations
- Assisting with service management and prep
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Supporting and motivating junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are met
- Working closely with the team on menu execution and development
- ÂŁ18 per hour including tronc
- Minimum 50 hours per week
